A new 8-story building consisting of wood frame mid-rise with 143 apartment homes, underground parking, and 8,720 sf of retail space.  The project has a rooftop deck, a fitness center, and a resident lounge. The site is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the Climate Pledge Arena. Construction is scheduled for completion by Spring 2023.
