The development includes 135 apartment units, 5,175 sf of retail, and 183 car parking spaces. The site is within an established neighborhood with many high-end single-family homes and is centrally located in downtown Bellevue. It is one block away from Bellevue Square, a 1.3 million square foot enclosed shopping mall. It is within walking distance to Bellevue Park and Old Bellevue, where there is a wide range of amenities. The project was completed in March 2020 and has been operating as a luxury rental building since then.
