Royal Bay comprises a substantial residential development encompassing approximately 450 acres in the municipality of Colwood. On completion of the entire project, it is anticipated that Royal Bay will provide over 2,800 homes and more than 100 acres of public parks. In addition to the residential component, a significant commercial element will be incorporated to provide high quality services to the immediate area. Royal Bay is located approximately 17km from downtown Victoria providing good access for commuters.   The project is being phased over 5 years.
